Check-in at Bellen Athens Hotel commences at 15:00. To ensure the highest standards of preparation for our arriving guests, we kindly request that departures are completed by 11:00.

Is it possible to arrange an early check-in or a late check-out?
Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. We invite you to contact our concierge in advance to discuss your requirements. For your convenience, secure luggage storage is provided should you wish to explore the city outside of standard hours.

Does the hotel offer transportation services?

Bellen Athens Hotel is distributed across five floors, all of which are fully accessible via our lift. For guests residing in our Acropolis Suites, entrance and access are exclusively available through the lift system.

What are the hours of operation for guest services?
To provide seamless service, our Front Desk is available 24 hours a day. In-room dining and room service are available for your enjoyment until 21:00.

What facilities are available in the fitness center?
Our gym is available by appointment to ensure a private and tranquil experience (maximum 3 guests per 60-minute session). It is equipped with treadmills, a weight bench, and a multi-gym. We require all guests to wear appropriate athletic footwear and use the provided towels and sanitizing sprays. Chilled water is available on-site for your hydration.

Does Bellen Athens Hotel feature a wellness center?
Indeed, our wellness facilities include a sauna and hamam, available for 30-minute private sessions. Additionally, a curated menu of massage therapies is available upon request. We recommend contacting our Front Desk to secure your preferred appointment time.

How is breakfast service conducted?
An exquisite à la carte breakfast is served daily from 07:00 to 11:00, with early breakfast options available at 06:30 upon request. Guests are kindly asked to submit their selections via the in-room QR code by the prior evening. If not included in your reservation, this service may be added for 18€ per person, per day.

Are children and families accommodated?

The hotel is situated at 7 Karaiskaki, Athens, within the vibrant Monastiraki and Psirri districts. We are ideally positioned within walking distance of the Monastiraki Metro station, the Ermou shopping district, and the historical landmarks of central Athens.

What taxes and payment regulations should I be aware of?
A climate resilience tax is collected upon arrival: 3.00€ per night from November to March, and 10.00€ per night from April to October. Please note that while cash is accepted, national regulations limit cash transactions to 500€.
